Description
-----------

AWE Instrument Manager is a small Windows application, with which you can use
to scan the dRAM & ROM of the AWE32 to see which SBK's are in which banks,
and what instruments are available in each of the AWE's banks.

Instruments CAN be uploaded into an empty user bank.

This application uses the 'Control Panel' route to access the AWEManager,
therefore you can't run both at the same time.
