 FLYING OINTMENT #1 NONTOXIC

 1 part Dittany of Crete
 1 part Cinquefoil
 1 part Mugwart
 1 part Parsley


Add the herbs to shortening and prepare in the usual way.
Anoint the body prior to attempting astral projection.


FLYING OINTMENT #2 NONTOXIC

2 drops Sandalwood oil
1 drop Jasmine oil
1 drop Benzoin oil
1 drop Mace oil

Add the oils to the beeswax/oil base. Use as the above formula.

FLYING OINTMENT #3  (Don't even consider using this!)

Cinquefoil
Parsley
Aconite *
Belladonna *
Hemlock *
Cowbane *

FLYING OINTMENT #4 (ditto!)

Hog's Lard
Hashish *
Hemp flowers *
Poppy flowers
Hellebore *

I ain't kidding!

I'd be careful where you apply this one.  Mace is a rather potent
spice, and the oil carries the essence.
